De Angelo's Restaurant
uses only the finest and freshest ingredients available from
around the world. We special order fresh fish and seafood
from all over the country; Mussels from the East Coast, Clams
from the Pacific Northwest, Sea Bass from Chilean waters,
and Hawaiian Swordfish when available.
We also take advantage of the abundance of fresh local produce
when in season. We are lucky to have summer tomatoes from
Rogina Farms and baby lettuce and radicchio from Marchini
and Sons, just to name a few of the ingredients available
to us here in the Central Valley.
We are now proud to offer absolutely the best desserts imported
via air mail from Italy. You simply must try the Coppa Spagnola,
Lemoncello Truffle or the Chocolate Souffle. Capped off with
an after dinner coffee or cognac and your meal will be complete.
